Lily is also the founder of the Institute for Prenatal Nutrition® and the co-founder of Women's Health Nutrition Academy.

Lily is known for her evidence-based approach to nutrition and in this episode she shares her insights into optimizing nutrition during preconception, pregnancy, managing gestational diabetes, improving fertility, how to handle perimenopause, and so much more.
