Alixandra Jade started her career off as lululemon’s infamous ‘Chalk Chick’ with over 100 chalk art creations in their stores across North America and quickly transitioned into a professional muralist.
As a versatile artist, Alixandra’s joy is working one on one with clients to find visual solutions. Her style can be described as a variety of things depending on the subject matter; bold, abstract, stylized realism, or ‘street’ with quality and sophistication.
She creates murals by hand which adds a personal touch that people feel a connection to in today’s digital world. Alixandra believes that art can be more than just visually and aesthetically pleasing. She strives to create murals that are functional. Whether they relay a direct message to the viewers, help encompass a company’s brand, or even serve as a backdrop for pictures, murals make a unique statement. Every blank wall is a new opportunity, a new challenge.
Her self-made company - Alixandra Jade Art & Design Co. - has worked with a range of clients to create hand-painted artwork in a variety of places such as restaurants, car shops, gyms, physiotherapy clinics, multi-million dollar lottery homes, retail stores, educational facilities, offices, and private homes. Some clients Alixandra Jade has worked with include Rogers Place, The Brick, Lululemon, Boston Pizza, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Holt Renfrew.
