Welcome everyone and today i highlight some memorable moments from the past.It wasn't just memorable, it was about bringing friends closer and having fun times with each other. We grew up in the village since childhood and when we went to primary school and played in the fields, we began to understand something about everything.Childhood is truly a memorable moment.School life was very wonderful.

We started becoming close friends when we were in high school and it was time for our SSC exams, and from there we learned to have fun and chat. One of the foods that would be included in our chats was the spicy (Jhal Muri) puffed rice. When we were running around the countryside and chatting with friends, this jhal muri was one of the main dishes we ate.Jhal Muri is our favorite food and it still reminds us of our childhood. This is also a tradition of our rural areas.

Hey, the chat wouldn't be complete without this. This normal food is so popular that no gathering is complete without it.This jhalmuri is one of our favorites while hanging out in nature or while traveling. It was our tradition to share it not only with friends but also with family. We used to have a jhal muri chat after any sports or event was over.Even now, we plan and decide the day before that we will have a jhal muri chat tomorrow.

But nowadays, I can't get back those old days so I try to do those childhood activities.Even after work, sometimes I feel like having a muri chat at night.Jhal muri made with raw chili, onion and garlic is very delicious. And yes, our local mustard oil is used here, which makes its taste more spicy. You can see that it's a small dish on the plate but it's connected to the past and childhood. It's connected to those conversations with friends.

Today after work I felt like making jhal muri with chopped green chillies, onions and garlic.Tonight I made jhal muri with all these spices and yes here I used fresh cucumber and local mustard oil.The taste of local mustard oil is incomparable.

This spicy dish took me back to my childhood when it was the 90s and there were no colorful dreams. There was a village and a simple life back then.In the era of black and white government television and when we would chat between cricket games on the field or in the middle of nature, this food was one of our favorite conversation foods.

Today when I made this spicy muri and came home to eat with my family, then I was taken back to my childhood.Past memories are associated with this simple food.
