Aje is a Yoruba name for Wealth, JAYWON and Barry Jay desperately pray for wealth in that song, Saying Aje should locate them , Poverty isn't something to be proud of , Praying to God to bless them before it's too late.
Man is nothing without money , so many things we want to do with money , even the Bible support having money to take care of your daily needs.
Tho in the book of
1 Timothy 6:10-11 warned us about craving for money badly, the danger in wanting to have that money desperately.
For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. And some people, craving money, have wandered from the true faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows. But you, Timothy, are a man of God; so run from all these evil things.
The book of Luke 16:1 gave us a little glimpse of the reason we need to have money.
Everything that we have comes from God, health, strength, life itself, breath, intellect, education, opportunity, experience, money, “What do you have that you did not receive?” You were born into this world, not because of your own effort. You were born into this world, because that was done to you, that happened to you, and everything else that’s happened to you, whether it’s strength, or intellect, or education or opportunity, everything has been given to you by God.
