Doug grew up in the 1960s as a Marvel Comics fan. He shares his memories of living in the Greater New York area and realizing it was the center of the Marvel Universe.
While working at the Federation Trading Post in Manhattan during the 1970s, he was able to meet many Marvel artists and writers, including Stan Lee himself!
