Tara Flynn is actress, comedy writer and performer, voice artiste, and now a published author with her new book, 'You're Grand - The Irishwoman's secret guide to life'.

We chat about her early life as an actress; how she became involved in voice-over work; her love of comedy and, in particular, improv; and the background to her award winning 'Racist B&B' sketch which was borne out of a real life, and very personal, incident.
