Here is the question we will wrestle with this morning. Are you offered a place in the kingdom of God? Hopefully, you are thinking to yourself, of course, this is Church, a place where we are invited into the Grace of God each Sunday. The better question is, what are you doing with the invitation? The offer has been made, and many will get the invitation, but few will choose to accept the offer. Today’s text will use a parable to teach us many things. It will teach us that many will make excuses when the call comes.
