What we do and what we say matters to God!! Not sure if anyone would argue with me about this. All of us have been on the giving and receiving end of this truth. Some of us have been hurt because of other's words and actions, and that hurt has shaped us for the good or bad. Our lives are a reflection of this reality. So what do with this? Paul tells us in Ephesians 4, the only question is, are we willing to listen and act??
