Through the call to repentance—“Even now… return to me with all your heart”—we see how God’s mercy leads to renewed life, overflowing blessing, and spiritual renewal fulfilled in the ministry of Jesus Christ. This sermon reminds us that repentance does not leave us in shame but restores us through forgiveness, that salvation is available to all who call on the Lord, and that the Holy Spirit actively works through the whole church. As restored people, we are invited to live empowered lives and to be vessels through whom God continues His work.
