Believe: Jesus According to John | Hope

John the Baptizer was strange. He lived in obscure places and ate a bizarre diet. He clothed himself in interesting apparel and spoke intensely. But all of Israel was going out to hear what he had to say. He was incredibly influential in the time of Jesus. In fact, his role was to announce the coming of the Lord.
In our text this week, we will see John’s razor sharp ministry focus as he identifies that in Jesus there is hope, a confident expectation. Because of who Jesus is, there is hope for all.
Join us this Sunday as we examine the hope that Jesus brings to John and all the people of God since. Our text will be John 1:6-8, 19-34.
