Rebuilding Quebec | Rebuilding requires dependence

Rebuilding Quebec. That could be viewed as a very arrogant statement - that we are going to rebuild Quebec according to our plans. But in reality, God is going to rebuild everything. He is in the process of making all things new. And Quebec is part of that.
Over the next seven weeks, we are going to go through the book of Nehemiah and discuss how God rebuilt the wall of Jerusalem and at the same time dream of how God might rebuild Quebec. We believe that He has spoken to us very specifically about how we are supposed to move in this next season, and these seven weeks encapsulate the dreams that God has been downloading into many of our leaders and people.
During the first week, we will look at how rebuilding requires dependence. God is not interested in us setting forth on a plan that shows God how much we want to do for Him. Rather, He wants for us to seek Him and His heart for the people and place we desperately want to see rebuilt. We will look at the new 21 REGION VISION, which should direct us over the next 45 years of ministry!
Oh yeah, this week is also our fifth birthday as a church.
