Edward called in today to share his relationship to fear and the path he is on to face his fears and show others how they too can live a better life. Edward had two fears, death and rejection. His fear of death was something that he had to reconcile with early on in life when he was struck by a car. It helped him face that fear and come to terms with the fragility of life. His second fear, the fear which ran even deeper of the two is the one that he has been facing and using to shape his life while helping others also. He would hear people tell him that he was not good enough to succeed at work and he spent large portions of his life concerned with what other people thought. He realized that when he changed his mindset he changed his life for the better. Just making a small change like mindset will kickstart your life off to being 1% better and just that small shift is a radical shift that will propel you in a positive direction.
