Today Elliot shared his story about his fear of flying. He talks about how the fear is linked to a deeper fear of not having control and having to learn to calm his mind. Elliot shares his methods to center himself in moments when fear can set in. He shares how he has used mediations, music, books and aromas to calm his mind from psyching himself out. Elliot also shared how much he learned about calming his mind and how the outer battles that we face in life are controlled from our inner perspectives. He learned a lot when he worked at a Muay Thai boxing facility in New York and also when he worked at a health and wellness clinic that has saunas that reach insanely hot tempters - Elliot would go into he saunas and challenge himself mentally to stay in the heat longer and longer each time.
