Josh shares his story of dealing with fear early on when he had to move from school to school, always reestablishing himself to new surroundings and groups of people. Josh now is someone who you can tell studies fear and meets it head on. He is a numbers guy and quantifies everything - if you can’t measure it then it is hard to know how to improve. Josh talks about keeping a journal or log and to write out your fears and then document your moods. Over time you will see patterns and future out how to make adjustments. You will also notice that by taking risks and challenging your fears you will lift up your own spirits and belief in yourself. Josh talks about how 80% of the stuff that we imaging that will go wrong or prevent us from achieving our goals never happens anyways - so why fret about it and just start doing it. The hardest part is just starting. Josh also talks about the different stages of change and how many of us get stuck in the first stage… contemplation.
