Today Kuda called in with his empowering story of facing his fears and never settling for the path of least resistance. Kuda grew up in Zimbabwe and knew that he wanted to go to college in America. Kuda was accepted to study at a college in Zimbabwe, he took the 6 hour train ride to start his studies and on his first day there he called home and said that he was dropping out and going to pursue his dream of college in America. For the next two years he focused his energy on getting into school in the USA, he applied to over 200 colleges and after endless determination his dream was realized. Kuda came to the USA with only $40 in his pocket and he got to work right away… while in school he started his first business, a social entrepreneurial business to help send kids to school. Now his business are focused on solving hunger and education. Kuda is on a mission and he is full of thoughtful business lessons and a mindset to achieve anything that he sets out to accomplish. Kuda talks about the importance of mindset, curiosity, perseverance, resourcefulness and having a bigger calling in life. I am a believer in Kuda’s mission and that he can concur anything he sets out to do.
