Today Lili called in from Europe to share her story about her fear of navigating a new workplace culture. Lili runs the HR department for WLWYB where the company has taken on the mission to make a more inclusive work place environment. Part of their mission has been to hire more autistic people. Lili’s is honest about the learning process that she has been undergoing to make this initiative a success. So much of the success relies on listening and understanding the other people and not assuming that you always know best or have all the answers. Lili cautions us to not always take things for granted and to be open to changing our views.
