Today Susan called in to share her story about fear and tumbling down the side of a huge cliff in the Swiss Alps. Susan recalls the story of spending time in a remote village in the Alps and herding sheep who would graze all along the lush mountain side. She talks about the beauty of the landscape and reflects on the different style of living that felt like it was frozen in time. Susan share about her artwork and how her art is channeled from within. She paints when she is happy because she wants her artwork to reflect the positivity from within. She says what we worry about seldom happens so it is good to refocus our thoughts when they are taken over by fear and a good way to get into a better headspace is by focusing on helping other people because that way we can forget about what is troubling us.
