Tom was 19 making neon signs and a sales man in a nice suit walked in to the shop to look over the inventory that he would be selling. Tom commented to his friend on the shop floor “I wonder how much money he makes? - his friend replied… “A lot, I could never do that!”. This was a challenge that resonated with Tom… he would become a sales man and make a lot of money. Tom shares a handful of stories and lessons he learned along the way.
