How to deal with roadblocks and belligerence?
In your leadership, you might encounter a lot of roadblocks and belligerence. These are situations where you aim to develop someone's leadership, coach someone, or you have a team where you encounter roadblocks that stop you.
These are statements like, "Why should I have to do that?"
"The problem is not me."
"The problem is them."
"This isn't the way I do things."
