Michelle shares a ton of information about how to boost engagement and navigate the wild world of social media. Her role at Yooreka Social is assisting in the digital strategy for her clients as well as hosting trainings and workshops. She prepared 5 Helpful tips for a Successful Side Gig:

 

  1. Understand your audience: Clear vision of your target 
  2. Consistency: Staying active, how often to update
  3. HASHTAGS: Use them often and understand that people search hashtags like the do a browser to locate new businesses 
  4. Great visual representation: Don't slack on this and post bad visuals on social or on your website.
  5. Be on social media: You have to be on social to grow your audience. It is a great place to start conversations and build a community.

-Make sure you are updating your social many times a week. But don't post more than 2-3 times a day
