In this episode of The Successful Side Gig I talk about 3 P words that I think are extremely important for those out there pursuing dreams. Those words are Passion, Patience and Persistence. My Aunt Sandy recently stayed over at my house and she asked why I was doing the podcast. I hope that I am providing people with a lot of value and the word starts spreading about the Podcast 

Key Lessons and take aways from this weeks episode:

Passion:

• To succeed in a new business venture you have to LOVE it.
• If you don't believe fully in your product or service you will not make sales
• Passion = Authenticity which draws people in

Patience:

• You need to build your skills! Ever heard of 10,000 hours?
• Overnight successes do not exist! People have taken time to build relationships, a product, a website, their speaking skills that lead to that rocket moment!
• You can't change your order at a restaurant over and over so why should you be able to change your goals over and over

Persistence:

• The single most telling factor of your success, can you fail often and continue
• Athletes are used to persistence because if you lose a game, you train, practice and try to beat them next game
• Don't let any amount of likes on social media discourage you!
• Have you ever quit because of discouragement?? I hope not!
