This is the longest Spaniard Show episode ever, and it’s getting the longest show description ever! It’s a talk with another of The Spaniard’s hometown connections, musical theater performer Betsy Padamonsky. Her stage career began at age 4 in a production of ”Annie” and continued through high school and college … then side hustles teaching German and managing a show in a theme park … all while dealing with her ability to look far older than she is (No joke! She says it!) … then performing in Broadway-caliber shows on cruise ships (where she met her husband) … then sitting on the other side of the table in casting … and then hopping back into performing headlining the national Broadway farewell tour of "Mamma Mia!" (And oh the twists and turns before that happened!) Betsy and Spanny discuss connecting to an audience through vulnerability and honesty, choosing integrity (sometimes unconsciously because it’s ingrained), building a valuable reputation, visualizing specific dreams, maintaining a relationship during an unusual career, indecision within decisiveness—and more! This is one juicy, entertaining episode. And there's a chance it will lead to another episode with Gandhi. (Listen. You'll see what that means.)
