La Coalition nourrir l’humanité durablementet la Chaire de recherche en droit sur la diversité et la sécurité alimentaires de l’Université Laval proposent à la communauté internationale une Convention pour une alimentation durable.
Le document qui a nécessité plusieurs années de travail se veut un cadre pour l’établissement à travers le monde de politiques aptes à garantir une certaine sécurité alimentaire, en particulier par l’élaboration de systèmes territorialisés.
Lionel Levac était au lancement de cette proposition de Convention Internationale pour une alimentation durable.
