Description

People don't talk about the mental game of healing. They don't talk about how lonely it gets when you can't go out to eat or go to social situations. They don’t talk about the depression that comes with having multiple days in a row and hanging on to that glimmering hope that the process is actually working. I have found that it requires shifting into a mindset that seems foreign at first but will propel you on these really dark days, and perhaps make the dark days go away. Today’s podcast will be centered around my 3 action steps to step into trust of your healing journey and getting in tune with your body to guide you.
