Episode 013 - Legal Descriptions
Talk about confusing, do you really need to know how to draw a legal description? Short answer, no. Long answer, probably not, but it's a good idea to know some of the terms and concepts. Make sure you know the unit conversions though:
1 mile = 5,280 square feet
1 acre = 43,560 square feet
