In today's episode I talk about the downfalls of resolutions and why they are - in my opinion - big BS. Instead I invite to a much healthier way of fulfilling your dreams, become healthier, achieve what you want to achieve. 

It is all about heartfelt intentions and how we want to feel along the way.

Here's an abstract of today's episode:

  1. quit resolutions
  2. feel into your heart, how do you want to feel.
  3. set heartfelt intentions connected to your feeling signature. 
  4. break your goals down into little goals, always being aware of that mountain top
  5. make a vision board or make many vision board for each desire, for each month, each week, whatever you feel called to
  6. ask yourself: what step do I need to take in order to reach my goal, fulfill my wish
  7. How do I want to feel on this journey? Always make sure to reconnect to your desired feeling state.
  8. Break that question down and apply it daily: How do I want to feel today and what do I need in order for me to feel that way? What can I do today  to reach my desired wish and goal - always remind yourself of why you are doing it. 
  9. and know: ego comes in disguise and it hates change. Most likely when you feel the biggest resistance to something  then this is what you need to go for.  Always question your resistance!
