Ben Chauveau is a keyboardist with the band Ascot Royals, and is currently managing Johnny Shay and working with the management team for Kadeema. We discuss Ben forming his first bands with his brother Jimmy, and how he took the group from basement jams, to a national touring act. We go into Ben's transformation to working on the management side, and talk about what it takes to bring an artist to the next level
