Earlier this week I had the opportunity to speak with Bryan Parady, host of the Bones to Bulk podcast. We did a live stream in the Bones to Bulk Facebook group, and we talked about my time in The Gambia as a Peace Corps volunteer. He was curious to know about how I managed to stay fit when I had no access to a gym and few nutritional options. Which certainly made for a great discussion. It also made me think about an blog post that I wrote that covers this very topic. So to go along with my conversation with Bryan, I wanted to read this post, titled Fitness as a Volunteer in The Gambia, for today's episode of The Blog Readings.
