Today I speak from the heart about a topic that came to mind recently. Throughout my travels I've experienced many simple acts of kindness from other people. Now, I try to do the same unto others. And in doing so I've had many positive interactions with people that left me feeling good, and likely them as well. In this episode I share a few of these instances, and offer some tips as to how you can extend simple acts of kindness unto others and why that's valuable.
