Now that he has manged to find his wayward i-Pad, South African president Cyril Ramaphosa is able to read from the teleprompter once more. He did so today to (1) blame South Africans for the raging pandemic and to (hysterically) take credit for his clueless political party (#ANC) doing such a fine job managing the crisis. Then he shared the prision sentence his party is imposing on South Africans for 14 days (28 Jun - 11 July)
