Description

Our guest today is United States Army Retired Special Forces Senior Sergeant Felipe De León Brown. Born in Panama and raised in the United States, Felipe served in the Army from 1967-1992.

He was a communications specialist and teacher for the Green Berets and Special Forces during  two tours of duty In Vietnam.

25 years after retiring from the military he became a high school teacher in the Florida public school system. He taught for 20 years before retiring in 2019.

Felipe earned his Associates Degree at Miami Dade College, his BS at Florida International University and his Masters at Pennsylvania State University.

He enjoys calligraphy, philosophy, reading, creative writing and traditional Okinawan Kempo.

He is a positive thinker and a true American patriot! His Motto is "I've never felt the need nor the desire to compete against others, I've had all I can handle competing against myself."
