For the 4th instalment of our Podcast Series we welcome NiCe7 to the Altus pod. After spending hours in 2012 dancing too their amazing release"time to get physical" in every major DJ Set we have been too in Sydney – thus making it one of Altus Project's favourite house tracks of last year, it seemed only fitting we ask the duo to showcase their latest tracks and remixes and what’s hot for them in 2013 in The Altus Pod.
NiCe7 are a DJ/producer duo from Italy, Nicola Daniele and Cesare Marocco. Friends from always, they started working together in the winter of 2005. The Duo are the latest Italian stars to emerge on the worldwide tech house stage. Ever since their breakthrough on Toolroom Records with the fantastic remix of "Colombian Soul" these 2 have never looked back. To date they have released on long running German label Great Stuff, as well as Gruuv, Defected, Toolroom, Cr2, Noir Music and Suara Music, always crafting dance floor bombs for whoever calls on their services.
DJing all over Italy, Spain, Germany, USA, Denmark, Canada, Brazil, UK and Holland whilst remixing various big guns and coming out on top of the Beatport charts in the process. Recently announced as BEATPORT’s 2012 Annual Music Winners for Best Tech House Track – NiCe7 - Point on (GRUUV REC)
Always managing to illicit great reactions from the crowds they play to thanks to their inimitable DJ style mixing up all styles of 4/4 from techy to darker to more funky, this pair are definitely one to watch going into 2013.
