The inspiration to create The Purposeful Penny stemmed from Paige's own debt free journey of paying off 100K in college loan & credit card debt. When she started sharing with others what she had accomplished and started getting asked “How in the world did you guys do that?” or “can you help me work out a plan to do what you did?”. What she noticed though is these questions were all coming from WOMEN who were hungry for personal finance education and had a strong desire to take control of their financial well-being but had no clue where to start. That’s when she knew she had discovered her passion & purpose of helping and educating women on all things personal finance and inspiring them to live a life that is beautiful yet affordable.
