Ugh, it's December 8th, 2022 and it took us basically a year to make what our white male counterparts made in 2021. Wish that wasn't the case, but alas here we are. While it is not our fault or our sole responsibility to erradict the gender pay gap, I did want to share a thing or two we can take action on.
