Open Forum | Today we discussed that our calling requires our skills plus other people's skills. Therefore, if we want our calling not to be heavy, we need to move from being a doer to leader. A doer is someone who has to do all the parts of the calling, whereas a leader is someone who does their part and connects with others to help do the parts they are weaker in.
