On this week's episode of the Sisterhood of Awesome Podcast, I interview Amy Langmaack. She is wife, mom, blogger, and avid reader! She blogs about being intentional about your legacy at BeTheProof.org. You will love getting to know her!

Amy and her husband, Eric started Be The Proof in 2016 as a place to dialogue about legacy and how that impacts family.  They live in Texas with their daughter, Sarabeth.  Amy works part time as a nanny (with Sarabeth!), and the rest of the week squeezes in blog time in the midst of playing with Sarabeth. She loves to read, drink coffee and journal.
 
After Sarabeth was born in 2014, Amy became passionate about the legacy that she and Eric would be passing on to her daughter.  With Eric's help, she created the idea of My Legacy Life and living a Legacy Lifestyle, which is the opportunity to change the ways you are living life in order to pass on a legacy worth living to the next generation.
