He is George Wong, from Miri Sarawak, a Software Engineering graduate currently working as a Data Scientist at AirAsia. Geoge was the lead organizer of Startup Weekend KL at Asia Pacific University, winner of Startup Weekend KL at Petrosains, Social Media and Content Manager of APU Entrepreneurship & Startup Society, a Data Analyst intern at a home-grown startup known as Kaodim.
George first delved into the world of entrepreneurship and startup when he created myFood App in Startup Weekend KL using with his might and capabilities in coding and programming. Inspired by Mark Zuckerberg, who built Facebook in the first place and turned it into a billion-dollar company, George decided to combine his passion in tech and entrepreneurship by venturing into Malaysian tech startup ecosystem.
