He is Nelson Jia Jun Ng, the founder of ProjectEd. ProjectEd is a Non-Governmental Organisation that seeks to address educational disparity in Malaysia. Growing up in a fishing village, Nelson managed to secure a prestigious Yayasan Khazanah scholarship at the University of Southampton to pursue MEng Aeronautics & Astronautics. He also received an award in YSEALI Academic Fellowship Spring 2018 at Arizona State University, First Runner-Up Winner in Startup Weekend Johor, MOE Bursary Programme, and Merit Award in The Math Olympiad (ASEAN Level).
