Clare has worked as an experienced Wills and Estate Planning solicitor for 25 years helping people to put their affairs in order and make sure their loved ones benefit in the most tax efficient and protected way.
Having spent her career working for highly regarded legal firms in London and the Southwest, Clare now works as an independent consultant for Legal Studio solicitors specialising in advising high net worth individuals in relation to their often complex personal and financial affairs. Clare has significant experience of looking after business owners in particular, helping them to navigate through the challenges of protecting their business interests whilst also ensuring that their personal matters are in good shape.
Clare has recently established her own Will Writing and Estate Planning business, Hambleton Wills to offer a more reassuring service to clients in an increasingly flooded and under regulated marketplace.
Specifically, Clare’s areas of expertise including writing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, advising about trusts and inheritance tax planning as well as guiding people through the ways in which to protect themselves when buying property with others, getting married or cohabiting and/or separating or divorcing.
