Yoga is a spiritual practice that has been around for thousands of years. It has been used by many to promote a better overall health, both mentally, physically and spiritually. In fact, it is actually one of the most powerful ways to maintain a healthy body and mind during pregnancy.
In this episode, we had the pleasure of speaking with mum, yoga instructor and doula, Jenise Russell.
During our conversation, she spoke about the benefits of yoga during pregnancy, in preparing for birth, and in the birth itself. We also got to hear her beautiful positive birth story!!
