As the first woman to win Best Jazz Instrumental Album at the GRAMMYs (2013) and the Founder & Artistic Director of the Berklee Institute of Jazz and Gender Justice, Terri has dedicated her career to mentoring future generations and amplifying the voices of women in jazz. She is also the creator of New Standards: 101 Lead Sheets by Women Composers, which became a GRAMMY-winning album.
