What's up my Catholic Warriors. I figured that during this episode we would actually talk about something fitness related lol. Most of the podcasts I'm yapping about something else but this podcast I wanted to speak about the importance of leveling up your understanding of nutrition.
This is a massive issue for MOST men that I speak to, not only do they have poor food habits and selections but it is often paired with a poor understanding of nutrition in general. I don't blame any of you, but I am here to help educate. Remember that for a long time in my life I was extremely unhealthy and had 0 clue about nutrition.
