God has always given leaders to His people; to care for them, provoke them to godliness, and most importantly, to continually point them back to God. They are identified as "gifts" to the people of God. A key responsibility for every church today is to be looking for and calling out the next generation of leaders. What a joy to see young leaders stepping out to follow God's calling!
