Summary: If life is a highway, it is one that is filled with detours, traffic jams, and roadblocks. The temptation we face as we encounter these obstacles is to look for shortcuts that bypass all trouble. These shortcuts often appear like the perfect solution, but more often than not end up being dead ends themselves. Today we meet a family who took a shortcut that led to tragic consequences.
