1) Wanting the perfect deal / area / time to invest doesn’t work.
Being too risk averse and wanting perfection leads to 0 results.
2) Vice versa, jumping in headfirst can be very costly too.
A lack of knowledge, support and focus leads to loss.
The good news… both common mistakes are fully avoidable.
By being balanced with cautious optimism, we can avoid these.
