Even when we want to lead with love, it’s not always easy. Some days, compassion feels far away—especially when we're stretched thin or holding a lot.
In this episode of A Mindful Invitation, I’ll guide you through a simple, approachable Loving-Kindness meditation (also known as metta). It’s a practice that starts with you and gently expands outward—to someone you love, someone neutral, someone who’s a little harder to love, and eventually to all beings.
We’ll move slowly and kindly. You don’t need to get it perfect. Just show up as you are.
📣This is the last mindfulness invitation for the month—next week’s episode will be a little different, and then I’ll be taking a short break. I hope this practice leaves you feeling a bit softer, more connected, and reminded of your own goodness.
