You can eat carbs and be healthy. You can eat carbs and still lose weight. I know it's been ingrained in you for years that you can't eat carbohydrates and lose weight at the same time...but you can!

Just like any food out there, you should be mindful of your portion sizes.

Too much of any food or nutrient is going to cause you to store body fat. That's from eating too many calories. That's not from a specific food.
