In a moment of vulnerability, Alex shares that her expectations and judgement of herself usually contribute to the perpetuation of a negative mindset when things don't go as planned or expected, and in those moments, it's difficult to imagine a way out. But talking to people we trust, taking care of our surroundings, and listening to music we love helps!
