The quintessential bush pilot, Chris Hartis holds commercial airplane SEL, MEL, SES, and tailwheel qualifications and owns a Part 135 air carrier called Rainbow River Aviation. Though he has thousands of hours in twin turbines, Chris prefers the challenge of flying piston beavers in the demanding Alaskan wilderness.
