Today I share some of my latest revelations and realizations with how we can so simply yet powerfully learn how to calm ourselves down. I feel like in today’s times so many of us are on chronic anxiety mode, stress as the new norm. We now know that stress is the cause of most of our illnesses, diseases and even struggles with mental health. I’m pumped to share how I see building in some of the simplest ways to tune ourselves and really take care of and train that nervous system, with simple strategies to help that vagus nerve do its job, we can really shift our experience with this thing we call stress and anxiety and find more holistic ways to shift this aspect in our lives.
